Technology Bridge Parking

Located at 5000 Gulf Freeway, the Technology Bridge is a 70-acre complex which provides research and classroom space, as well as a variety of offices for the 91破解版.

Parking

Faculty and staff who work at the Technology Bridge have options:

  • Zone H Uncovered permit. This permit allows for parking in the uncovered parking lots at Technology Bridge as shown in green on the map above. It cannot be used to park in the covered areas. It also allows for parking on the main campus in Zone E if it is Monday-Thursday between 7 a.m.-3 p.m. If it is after 3 p.m., or any time Friday-Sunday, then the Zone H Uncovered permit can be used to park in unrestricted spaces in any of the ungated lots in all of the campus parking zones, with the exception of Zone G. Please note: If you park in a text-to-pay space, you must pay the fee, even if you have a valid permit.

  • Zone H Covered permit. This permit can be used to park at Technology Bridge in the covered spaces as noted in the map above. It cannot be used to park in the uncovered areas. It also allows for parking on the main campus in Zone E if it is Monday-Thursday between 7 a.m.-3 p.m. If it is after 3 p.m., or any time Friday-Sunday, then the Zone H Covered permit can be used to park in unrestricted spaces in any of the ungated lots in all of the campus parking zones.

Students, faculty and staff who need to come to the Technology Bridge for meetings or classes can park in any of the uncovered parking areas with most valid parking permits. The -Katy permit cannot be used at Tech Bridge. Also, the Evening-Weekend permit cannot be used until after 3 p.m. Monday-Friday.

Shuttle Service

Shuttle service runs to Technology Bridge Monday-Friday in the fall and spring semesters:

  • Hours of Operation: 7 a.m.-7 p.m.
  • Shuttle Stops: (Fleming, PGH, MSM, Entrance 18, Elgin-East, Law-East, Bauer-South, Student Center, CPH/Library,  Technology Bridge, Bauer-North, Law-West, Elgin-West. Zone A, Alumni Center)

Text-to-Pay Visitor Parking

There are several locations at Technology Bridge with orange spaces that are dedicated to text-to-pay visitor parking. parking permits cannot be used to park in those orange spaces.

In addition, any of the uncovered parking spaces at Technology Bridge can be used for text-to-pay parking by texting TECHB to 25023 and paying with a credit/debit card prior to leaving the vehicle.
