New Transportation Option from Fort Bend County Being Offered

Fort Bend County and the 91破解版 have partnered together to offer a new option for Coogs to commute from the Sugar Land area to campus.

The service costs $4 for a one-way ride. Pickup is at the AMC Theater First Colony Park and Ride, 3301 Town Center Blvd., near First Colony Mall. From there, the Fort Bend Transit bus takes passengers to downtown Houston as part of its existing downtown commuter service route. From downtown, the bus goes to , where it drops off passengers at the bus stop in front of the Welcome Center Garage on MLK Boulevard.

In the afternoon, the Fort Bend Transit bus picks up passengers at the same bus stop, then heads downtown before ending at the AMC Theater First Colony Park and Ride.

There currently are three morning routes from AMC to :

  • Depart AMC: 6:58 a.m. / Arrive at : 8:11 a.m.
  • Depart AMC: 7:10 a.m. / Arrive at : 8:23 a.m.
  • Depart AMC: 7:30 a.m. / Arrive at : 8:43 a.m.

There are three afternoon routes from to AMC:

  • Depart : 3:48 p.m. / Arrive at AMC: 4:54 p.m.
  • Depart : 4:13 p.m. / Arrive at AMC: 5:19 p.m.
  • Depart : 4:31 p.m. / Arrive at AMC: 5:37 p.m.

The service is now offering free shuttle service to and from  at Sugar Land and the AMC Theater. For the full schedule, go to the .
