The U.S. Green Building Council bestows Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification to recognize buildings that have been designed to high environmental standards. These buildings are resource and energy efficient, use sustainable materials and provide a healthy environment for their occupants.

Tilman J. Fertitta Family           College of Medicine

Certified LEED Gold in 2023, the College of Medicine supports 's mission to improve health and healthcare in our surrounding Houston community. The 127,000 square foot building resides on 43 acres of woodland and excels in energy efficiency and indoor environmental quality.

John M. O鈥橯uinn Law Building

Certified in 2023, the Law Center is a gorgeous example of functional and sustainable design. From large windows to rainwater detention ponds and roof-top garden lounges, the Law Center shows what the future of sustainable buildings on campus looks like.
