Autobiography: My entire motivation for coming back to school as a postback is rooted in health and fitness. I spent the majority of Covid getting into shape the boring way; moving more, and eating better. After my football career ended, I stopped training and, like many athletes, felt like I had lost a part of myself. In searching for a new purpose, I found it in the gym.
