Born in Maracaibo, Venezuela, he began his career in industry before joining the Department of Computer Science at Universidad del Zulia as a tenure-track faculty member. He earned a Master鈥檚 in Telematics, focusing on performance analysis of local area networks, and later completed a Diploma of Advanced Studies at the Universidad Polit茅cnica de Madrid, where his research interests shifted toward information theory and its applications. In 2014, he joined the Ph.D. program at the 91破解版, conducting research on real-time systems scheduling using information theory principles.
