About Access
allows you to use your CougarNet ID to access many online services without logging into each one separately, including my Self Service, PASS, Canvas, and Email (Exchange). Access to services is based upon your role with the University.
Audience
All students, faculty, or staff with an existing CougarNet ID or my ID.
Applicants to the University may login with their my ID until a CougarNet ID is received upon registration of classes.

Access to services is based upon your role at the University.
Each service within Access may have different browser support, maintenance window, and session timeout information for the specific application. Please see the for specific requirements on each application services.

Supported Browsers for Access
Supported Browsers include the latest versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, and Opera.
Maintenance Window for Access
Fridays from 2:00am - 6:00am. Access may be unavailable intermittently during this time frame.
UIT is proactive in notifying users of scheduled maintenance on Access and its applications. Notifications will be posted on the login page or inside Access.
