Submit Your Event to the 2017 Weeks of Welcome Website Calendar

In its sixth year as a campus-wide tradition, the Weeks of Welcome ( WOW) initiative helps promote and inform the community about the multitude of events that take place during the first two weeks of the fall semester. By providing information about events/programs, the Weeks of Welcome Committee can assist you and/or your department in promoting your event/program through Weeks of Welcome website and the Redline app for iPhone and Android phones.
If you have an event taking place between August 17th through September 3rd, and is open to all students, this is a great place to advertise for FREE!
Please submit your event information to be featured on the , which will be available to all students (the current site shows the signature event listing for 2017, as well as last year’s event calendar) and for download on iPhone and Android phones via the Redline app. Your event can be submitted online no later than Friday, July 21, 2017, in preparation for the 2017 WOW calendar full event launch on Monday, August 1, 2017.
